skilled individual to join our team as a Front Office Supervisor. In this role, you will be the
face of our hotel, ensuring exceptional guest service and smooth operations at the front
desk.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, including check-in, check-out, and
guest inquiries.
• Supervise front desk staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed to
maintain high service standards.
• Assist with scheduling and assigning duties to front desk associates, ensuring
coverage during peak hours.
• Handle guest concerns and complaints efficiently and professionally, seeking
solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Monitor room inventory and work closely with housekeeping and reservations teams
to maximize room revenue.
• Ensure accuracy in billing and financial transactions, reconciling cash and credit
card payments.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby, adhering to company
standards.
• Assist in implementing and enforcing hotel policies and procedures.
